Cancellation Policy
At DND Spa, when you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and cannot be offered to another client. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled and may still be subject to a cancellation fee. A valid card may be required to secure appointments. I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to accommodate unexpected situations on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
